The capacity monitoring system observes the material througput

on drying and conveying units. The gravimetric system can 

easily be installed on top of the drying hopper or directly on the

feeder of the production machine using special adaptors 

which can be supplied on request.   

The measured values can be evaluated through the QC900-controller

of a drying unit, through the controller of a central loading station or

on external side through a 4 to 20mA signal.

The system helps to prevent too high material throughputs and allows

the creation of meaningful statistics.
